Coach Eddie received his B.S in Physical Education with a Minor in Exercise Physiology from Florida International University, becoming a Certified Athletic Trainer the same year. He also holds an Associate in Science as a Registered Physical Therapy Assistant and is a Level 1 Certified Track and Field & Cross-Country Coach. Coach became a Salesian Cooperator of St. John Bosco in 2016. He has worked in private practice and the hospital as an ATC/RPTA for 25 years and for 16 years as an Athletic Trainer, Exercise Science teacher, and Track & Field/Cross Country Coach at Immaculata La Salle High School in Miami Florida.

Coach's interest has always been in working with youth, especially within athletics in implementing the Spirituality of St. John Bosco. Some of Coach's hobbies include running, fly fishing, farming, and reading on exercise physiology, theology, philosophy and Church history. He has four children: Jennifer, Daniel, Eddie ( EJ) and Tomas.

Coach holds particular saintly devotions to St. Joseph, St. John Bosco and St. Padre Pio.
