Mr. Ryan Caulley
This is Mr. Ryan Caulley's first school year with Saint Michael Catholic School. He is also the Fall director of the SMCS drama club, the "Saint Michael Players."
Prior to Saint Michael, Mr. Caulley taught at NCSMS for 3.5 years. He knew teaching was his calling from being a mentor to children from a young age, and believes that his greatest attribute in teaching is his flexibility and adaptability.
Mr. Caulley earned his Bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies and Elementary Education at Belmont Abbey College in 2015.
Prior to this, Mr. Caulley attended St. Mark's and Belmont Abbey, and was raised Catholic. He attends now attends Saint Michael Catholic Church.
In his free time, Mr. Caulley likes to watch movies and TV, and hanging out with friends.
Mrs. Carolyn Humphrey Assistant
This is Mrs. Humphrey’s second school year (22-23) with Saint Michael Catholic School.
Prior to Saint Michael, Mrs. Humphrey taught for seventeen years at various schools. She knew teaching was her calling as she always loved children, and believes her greatest attribute in teaching is her patience.
Mrs. Humphrey earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education at West Virginia University in 1986. She did her educational shadowing and student teaching at various West Virginia schools.
Prior to this, Mrs. Humphrey attended Catholic schools from first grade through grade twelve in West Virginia, and was raised Catholic. She now attends Saint Michael Catholic Church.
In her free time, Mrs. Humphrey likes to play pickleball, to read, to kayak, and to hike (and being outdoors!).
